Sparks uses Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement for the App Store version of the app.

What This Means

Sparks does not rely on a separate custom App Store EULA for iOS distribution.
Use of the App is still subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
If Apple changes its standard App Store license, the Apple-hosted version controls.
