We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your data for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
Some optional Sparks features send text that you choose to submit to Google's Gemini API for processing. We do not intentionally attach your email address, display name, or direct account identity to those AI prompts. However, if you include personal information in the text you submit, that information may be processed by the AI provider as part of your request.
We present an in-app consent prompt before enabling AI-powered features. If you decline, the App continues to provide guided non-AI experiences.
If you do not want text to be processed by an external AI provider, do not use the AI-powered features in the App.
App data is stored on our backend systems, including a PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway infrastructure. The App also stores certain data locally on your device to support authentication and offline behavior.
Sparks uses local storage technologies such as ObjectBox and secure device storage mechanisms provided by iOS and Android for tokens and cached app data.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your data, including encrypted connections, secure token handling, and password hashing for email/password accounts. No system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.
Your information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live, depending on the location of our infrastructure and third-party service providers.
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain data. To make a request, contact us at sashakorzh.mail@gmail.com.
Sparks is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page and, where appropriate, update links or notices in the App.
