Common Topics

Account access: If you signed in with Apple or Google, use the same provider again in the app. If you use email sign-in and need a password reset, contact support from your account email address.
Subscriptions: Auto-renewing subscriptions are billed by Apple. You can manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies.
Account deletion: You can request account deletion from the app's settings screen. Access ends immediately, and permanent removal may take up to 30 days to complete in operational systems and backups.
Privacy requests: For access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions, email support and review our Privacy Policy.
AI features: Some optional features send the text you submit to Google Gemini for processing. If you do not want that processing, do not use AI-powered features.
